| Plastination Experience | I have plastinated specimens since 2016 utilizing a combination of cold-temperature and room-temperature techniques. My work is primarily animal specimens for creation of teaching models, particularly hearts for medical curriculum, which can easily be dilated to show beautiful valves and internal structures. In addition, the creation of flexible knees are also fun for student use. I do custom plastinations for institutions, companies, as well as have some specimens used as props in television shows. |
